A photographer, or professional photographer, is responsible for taking clear and dynamic photographs according to client specifications. Their duties include setting up backgrounds, lighting, and equipment for photo sessions, directing models and subjects to capture the perfect image, and editing photos to remove imperfections and correct lighting issues.
- Must have an excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written).
- A degree or course in photography OR related experience is required.
- Experience in image processing and printing is a plus.
- If not proficient in onboard processing and printing, the photographer must demonstrate a willingness to learn by regularly participating in the lab with senior photographers, the Assistant Photo Manager, or the Photo Manager.
- The photographer must have a passion for photography, be customer service–oriented, and feel comfortable interacting with passengers on a daily basis.
