Our training programs are designed to meet and exceed IMO standards and are STCW’78 compliance.
Including our In- House training programs at our training facilities these programs have been taught to supplement, upgrade and refresh to the knowledge and skills al the existing seafarers who needs to be properly briefed about company policies and procedures which are essential in their day to day lives onboard that will help them achieve their objectives.
These programs including topics such as:
- Anti- piracy awareness seminar.
- Unsafe act awareness
- Cross cultural awareness
- Health and safety awareness
- ISPS familiarization seminar
- Risk assessment
- Stress Management and team building
- Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)
The STCW’78 Code require that all seafarers assigned to the ship for the first time be given a reasonable Opportunity to become familiar with specific equipment and operation procedures of the ship concerned before being assigned to duties.
